The Laboratory Unit in PAR Hospital is one of the finest labs the region which provides high quality diagnostic services for clinical physicians and their patients.
The laboratory is very well equipped with the most advanced and fully automated platforms that are linked with a smart Lab. Information System (LIS). Currently the Lab is providing more than 500 test services with the optimum turnaround time. The Lab.

involves the following sub-units:
- Blood Banking
- Hematology and body fluids analysis
- Laboratory Chemistry
- Medical Microbiology
- Immunology and Serology
- Histopathology and Cytopathology
Our Histopathology Unit offers a wide range of services that include all techniques in histochemistry and immunopathology with the fastest turnaround time. Cytopathology covers exofoliative cytology from various organs including body fluids and pap smears.
Very soon “Frozen Section Facility” will become available at our Histopathology Lab. as a 24-hour service and will be open for use by surgeons at PAR Hospital as well as nearby hospitals.
